Pink Shrimp (Penaeus duorarum)

Pink shrimp are prized for their delicate, sweet flavor and tender, pearl-like texture. Found in the waters off Florida and throughout the Gulf Coast region, they are harvested from sandy or coarse-bottom waters — conditions distinctly different from the silty bottoms typical of southern Florida's inshore fisheries.


Brown Shrimp (Farfantepenaeus aztecus)

Brown shrimp thrive near the bottom of the nutrient-rich Gulf and South Atlantic waters — a habitat that gives them their bold, robust flavor. Like white shrimp, they are harvested from inshore waters with silty bottoms during late summer and fall, and from offshore waters year-round.
